I am an artist with a passion for flowers. Most of my inspiration comes from my garden which is packed full of colourful plants. I'm also lucky enough to have RHS Wisley just down the road so I am never short of inspiration.
I completed a BTEC foundation course in Art and Design at Brooklands College in 2002 and my final piece - Clematis 'Mrs Cholmondeley' - was chosen as their Christmas card image that year. The publishing company liked it so much that they also used it on their card.
I have recently completed a Botanical Painting Diploma with London Art College and was privileged to have Sandrine Maugy as my Tutor. The course has been invaluable and I am now looking forward to using the knowledge and tips gained and applying it to my paintings.
